  1. ANEDC is more efficient and experienced in the power sector than the NERC itself. NESI have a big mountain to surmount for the Siemens deal to succeed.. A scenario where the “PLAYERS” are more knowledgeable than the “REFEREE” on the game. NERC requires a total restructuring…………………………………………………
