REQUIREMENTS FOR A TIER 2 APPLICATION
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL ROUTE
1. Certificate of Sponsorship from a recognised company in the UK. (We will provide if you don’t have one)
2. International passports of all relocating members
3. Comprehensive CV of lead applicant
4. A description of family circumstances
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Birth Certificates of all relocating family members.
7. English Language Requirements
■ A score of no less than 5.5 in the British Council Examined International English Language Test System (IELTS)
■ Academy Test is conducted by British Council office, Ikoyi, Lagos.
■ Test fee around 75k Naira. Please find out.

■ 1st choice

4. Deposit of Tuition fee. This depends on your institution of choice
5. Bank statement containing enough money to cover any balance of fees to be paid as tuition.
6. Living expenses for 10 months. This should be the equivalent of:
■ £1200/month for 10 months. (5.4million Naira) – Schools in London
■ £1100/month for 10 months. (2.7million Naira) – Schools outside of London.
7. English Language Requirements
■ A score of no less than 5.5 in the British Council Examined International English Language Test System (IELTS)
■ Academy Test is conducted by British Council office, Ikoyi, Lagos.

WORRIED ABOUT IELTS?
Re- Knowledge of English and IELTS
As most Nigerians have their first degree taught in English Language, their certificates have NARIC recognition which can help to avoid the IELTS examination route for the subject demonstration of knowledge of English Language.
If you can get a letter from your institution stating that your degree was taught in English Language supported by a copy of your transcript signed and dated by an appropriate officer of the institution, this route should be pursued to save you from the requirement to sit for IELTS.
