At Fiskerton, a humble town in Lincolnshire, two 7.5/10.75MVA Primary Transformers are being replaced with new 12/24MVA Brush Transformer sets. The 11kV Switchgear is also being replaced. I have specified the protection scheme requirements for this project, calculated the protection settings, developed appropriate programmable scheme logic files for the relays, configured the relays to perform as required by individual functions! Protection functions included but not limited to Overcurrent and Earth Fault on the outgoing 11kv Feeders and Bus Section, 11kV Busbar Protection, Standby Earth-Fault, neutral voltage displacement, transformer incomer protection, directional Overcurrent Protection, and 33kV High Set Overcurrent and Earth-Fault Protection. I have visited Fiskerton to complete commissioning works. See pictures!
